ØThis role will report to OTC cash application Supervisor and will work closely with collections team to proactively identify and resolve issues related to unapplied cash.ØRecords client payments in appropriate accounts, identifies and resolves payment discrepancies and answers internal customer's queries.ØThis role will also work in link with cash and bank team in order to follow up bank reconciliations.ØAccount for the amount collected from the customers in the appropriate accounts on a timely basis and with 100% accuracy.ØReconcile the customer accounts and bank accounts to ensure there are no open items in customer accounts and zero unapplied cash.ØHigh volume data entry /processing .ØProcess and accurately apply all incoming payments for all customer accounts from various scenarios including , Live Check ,Credit Cared Electronic Lockbox wire transfers etc.ØEnsure performance measures are met or exceeded e.g timely and accurate processing of transactions .ØEnsure compliance to applicable policies ,guidelines and regulations.ØIdentify and communicate discrepancies in payment received.ØDownload review ,reconcile and post all lockbox payment on a current and daily basis, maintain and update all customer ACH information invoice all NSF rejects and ensure to communicate to collections department Requirement ØGraduate/Postgraduate/Master's degree in any stream.ØFluent in English , both verbal and written communication skills would be mandatory.ØWorking experience within a shared service environment Supporting North America region is mandatory .Ø5-7 years of experience required in cash application process.ØExcellent Communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus .ØDemonstrate initiative ,is conscientious, details Oriented and provides complete follow- through on areas Of Responsibility .ØPositive attitude and strong team player.ØIntermediate skills in Microsoft Word , Excel, Outlook and internet navigation & research.ØEssential :Over 4-6 Years to relevant experience
