Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Teamcenter PLM projects within specified timelines and budgets.
Oversee the implementation and customization of Teamcenter PLM solutions to meet the unique requirements of clients.
Ensure the successful integration of Teamcenter PLM with existing systems and processes.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their expertise and availability.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to foster their professional growth.
Work closely with business partners to understand their PLM requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.
