- Conduct business process analysis and identify areas for improvement.

- Participate in the design, development, and testing of new business solutions.

- Develop and maintain business process documentation.

- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.

- Create and maintain data models and user stories (if applicable).

- Analyze data to identify trends and insights to support decision-making.

- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in business analysis.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 0-1 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a similar role.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.


- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN) is a plus.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
