- Develop and execute a robust placement strategy aligned with industry trends and student aspirations.
- Define and monitor placement targets, company portfolio, and role diversity across sectors.
- Drive innovation in placement approaches, including new-age roles, international opportunities, and future skills alignment.
Corporate Relations & Networking
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with corporates, recruiters, and industry bodies.
- Lead employer engagement initiatives including pre-placement talks, corporate conclaves, guest lectures, and networking events.
- Represent institute at industry forums to enhance institutional visibility and employer perception.
Team Leadership & Campus Coordination
- Building team of front end, trainers, and back-end officials.
- Manage and mentor the central and campus-level placement teams.
- Standardize placement processes and performance metrics across campuses.
- Facilitate collaboration among placement cells and academic departments.
Alumni Relations
- Organising Alumni Meets across the country
- Engaging and felicitating distinguished alumni
Student Readiness & Engagement
- Design and implement training modules to enhance student employability, including soft skills, domain skills, and interview preparation.
- Ensure personalized mentoring and guidance for students through mock interviews, CV reviews, and career counselling.
- Promote student ownership of placement preparedness through structured feedback loops.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and real-time placement dashboards, reports, and analytics.
- Present placement reports and insights to management, accreditation bodies, and stakeholders.
- Track and report metrics such as placement percentage, average salary, highest package, and role distribution.
Process Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure adherence to placement protocols, recruiter policies, and student code of conduct.
- Institutionalize quality benchmarks in placement offers and recruiter engagements.
