- 3+ years of experience in IT development, ideally with a focus on automation.

- In-depth knowledge of UiPath Studio and the UiPath platform.

- Proven experience with the full RPA lifecycle (discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, support).

- Strong understanding of workflow design principles.

- Experience with UiPath Orchestrator, AI Centre, Test Manager. Etc.

- Experience with integrating RPA solutions with other systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong work ethic and a dedication to continuous learning

- Participate in process discovery workshops to identify automation opportunities.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable RPA solutions using UiPath Studio.

- Utilize UiPath best practices for code reusability, modularity, and exception handling.

- Implement the UiPath RE-Framework or a similar framework for efficient development.

- Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of automations.

- Document processes and solutions effectively.

- Troubleshoot and resolve RPA development issues.

- Stay up to date on the latest UiPath features and functionalities.

- Provide technical mentorship to junior developers.

- Follow Quality Assurance (QA) & Compliance processes to ensure quality Automations
