You'll create sketches, detailed user guides, visual mockups, and clickable prototypes using tools like Figma or Sketch.Build What You Design: Directly translate your approved designs and ideas into a perfect, working, and responsive mobile application using the Flutter framework.Write Quality Code: Develop, test, and maintain reliable features for our mobile app, making sure the code is clean, scalable, and built on solid design principles.Team Up and Plan: Work closely with product managers and other engineers to understand user needs and deliver the best possible mobile app experience.Teach and Guide: Mentor other developers and champion the best practices for both great UI/UX design and effective Flutter development across the team.Required QualificationsMandatory Portfolio: You must have a portfolio that clearly shows your skills in both design (sketches, visual mockups) and published Flutter applications.Senior-Level Experience: At least 4 years of professional experience in mobile development, with a major focus on the Flutter framework.Design Tool Skills: Expert-level knowledge of modern design and prototyping tools like Figma or Adobe XD.Flutter Expertise: Deep, hands-on expertise in Flutter, including managing the app's state, creating custom motions/animations, and understanding common architecture patterns.Design Eye: A keen attention to detail and a strong understanding of what makes a design user-friendly, including good use of typefaces and color.Preferred QualificationsExperience integrating with wearable devices (e.g., smartwatches, fitness trackers).Familiarity with native coding languages like Swift (iOS) or Kotlin (Android).Experience setting up automated building and testing processes (CI/CD pipelines) for mobile apps.
