About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team at Accenture. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for the development, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet the needs of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.


- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical specifications.


- Customize Salesforce applications, including building custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and triggers.


- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.


- Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce implementations, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.


- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and other team members.


- Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and coding standards are adhered to.


- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.


Qualifications :

- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.


- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.


- Experience with Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and triggers.


- Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and best practices.


- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web services (REST/SOAP).


- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II) are highly desirable.


- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.


- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
