Profile - Siebel Administrator.

Preferred experience - 7+ years.

Work time Rotational Shift (Night shift - USA / EMEA / SG).

The Role :

We are looking a person who is responsible for managing and maintaining Siebel CRM Admin (Customer Relationship Management) applications.

You will handle the configuration, administration, and support of the Siebel CRM environment.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills and experience in Siebel CRM administration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Maintains peer relationships across IT areas (infrastructure, operations, COE,etc) to support effective support delivery.

- Should have hands on experience in Siebel Configuration/Admin/EAI/EIM.

- Review detailed business and technical requirements in order to recommend technical solutions.

- Provides second level component design and simple solution design.

- Performs design tasks for systems and networks based on business requirements.

- Design standard and repetitive network and system upgrades.

- Helps define the detailed architecture requirements for an application/technology to conform to the current architecture and standards.

- Consults to projects and application support groups regarding architecture concerns.

- Creates solution designs that address mildly complex solutions to address business needs.

- Develop standard solutions from business requirements and architectural specifications.

- Designs complex system and network upgrades.

- Ability to scope, document, present to customer, and implement a complete hosted environment for customers.

Requirements :

- 7+ years in Siebel Administration experience.

- Install and configuring Siebel environments.

- Refresh Activities between environments.

- Code migration (Repository and non-Repository items)

- Configuring the load balancer for Siebel Application.

- Integration setups with TIBCO, BIP.

- Knowledge on EIM & EAI.

- Set up of DB, ADSI & SSO authentication.

- Email Response setup.

- Siebel Upgrade expertise.

- Adding new language packs to existing environment.

- Automation of Deployment process.

- Installing BIP and Integrating the same with Siebel.

- IIR, EDQ, Address Doctor setup for Siebel UCM.

- User setups and other activities for Helping developers.
