- Work with the client's business stakeholders, architects and senior management to come up with a solution for the product/service.
- Define product/service roadmap.
- Define product requirements.
- Prioritize features in consultation with the relevant stakeholders.
- Draft OKRs every quarter which align with the orgs quarterly goals.
- Work with the development team to deliver the product/feature.
- Constantly conduct analyses, and uncover areas of opportunity to improve the product/service.
Requirements :
- Excellent communication - written and verbal.
- Ability to think big while also diving deep into solutioning.
- Ability to influence and manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity.
- Self-starter and persuasive.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the development team.
- 5 years of software development, product management or related experience.
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications :
- B. Tech degree from Tier institutions.
- Experience in software development.
- Experience in working with MNCs.
