What we are looking for :


We are looking for a detail oriented, solutions-focused Senior Salesforce Developer to join our growing applications team. Using the Salesforce platform and third-party applications, you will play a critical role in designing, enhancing, and implementing effective and scalable solutions across many business functions. This position will work collaboratively to deliver complex solutions across a wide variety of stakeholders throughout the business.


We need a self-starter who has the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. The Senior Developer will analyze requirements, propose software design, instruct software developers on the proper methods of design, define standard design, and provide production support. The Senior Developer will set the standards for design and development of software.

Responsibilities :

- Technical design and implementation of Quote to Cash solutions using Salesforce CPQ

- Provide day to day CPQ platform and user support.

- Document as-is and to-be architecture solutions. Present complex solutions, options, and benefits to key technical program stakeholders.

- Responsible for defining, estimating, and shaping CPQ technical solutions using best practices.

- Maintain and configure our development and test instances for our internal sandboxes.

- Communicate and work effectively with cross functional teams including business teams, product teams, global IT Apps teams, consultants & vendors.

- Responsible for issue resolution in UAT and postproduction support of CPQ functionality

- Strong desire to learn. You are energized when new features and technologies become available and eager to understand them and maximize their potential.

- Actively contribute to building and troubleshooting process automation across our Salesforce instance

- Customize as necessary in implementing scalable solutions, while advocating for best practices.

Desired Skills & Experience :


- Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Technology, or in a related field.


- 6+ years of Experience in architecting and designing full stack solutions using Salesforce Platform


- 3+ years Salesforce CPQ/ Steelbrick experience with multiple currencies and complex products


- Hands on experience with the Salesforce CPQ QCP.


- At least 2 full cycle Salesforce CPQ project implementations


- Must have good knowledge of Salesforce CPQ objects used in Quote to Contract process.


- Strong experience with SFDC Advanced approvals


- Extensive knowledge of product configuration, complex pricing rules & sequence, quote configurator plugins (QCP) & Salesforce CPQ APIs


- Proficiency in various CPQ functionalities like perpetual and subscription-based licensing, various discounting models, amendments, extensions, co-terming, and renewals


- Experience supporting Quote-to-Cash Implementations


- Solid experience in data migration strategy, tools and processes


- Experience with quote document generation and integration with DocuSign.


- Experience working with Salesforce communities, Apex, SOQL, Visual Force, Lightning, Integrations, JavaScript, Eclipse IDE, Workbench, Data Loader, Ant tool, Reports and Dashboards


- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Objects and Data Model


- Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies


- Excellent written and verbal communication skills


- Good interpersonal skills and strong sense of ownership


- Exposure to CLM tools and processes will be a :


- Salesforce Certified Administrator OR Advanced Administrator must


- Salesforce Platform Developer I must


- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist preferred.


- Salesforce Certified Application and/or System Architect preferred.
