Responsible for managing 4-6 scrum teams as part of identified projects taken up by Enterprise Factory Bangalore team


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for planning, monitoring and tracking the project activities taken up by Scrum teams as part SmartNow Project
  • Drive Agile implementation across program
  • Co-ordinate with all project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the project
  • Work with Program Management team in Releases planning activities. Ex: Drafting Release calendar, track Release activities, draft Release Notes.


Required:

Total 11+ years of experience working primarily working as Project Manager practicing Agile.

  • 5+ years of experience working in Project Manager in SAFe agile.
  • 5+ Years experience working as Scrum Master.
  • 2+ years of experience working as RTE.


Skills:

  1. Certified Release Train Engineer with strong experience in driving product development in an Agile way
  2. Strong knowledge of Agile tools – JIRA and Confluence
  3. Strong Application development and project management background
  4. Agile and Digital delivery experience is a must
  5. Strong Project Management experience
  6. Operate effectively in a matrix structure
  7. Good Communication skills – written and verbal
