Job Description :


We seek a seasoned Lead Technical Architect with extensive experience designing, developing, and scaling complex systems using low-code/no-code platforms. The ideal candidate will deeply understand a wide range of technologies, including web applications, MVT architecture, DevOps, infrastructure, serverless computing, CI/CD, AWS deployment services, component-driven JavaScript frameworks, and more.


This role requires a visionary who can architect and implement systems capable of handling millions of users, asynchronous jobs, and real-time data streams. The candidate would need to work with senior engineers and CTO directly to devise and implement solutions.

Responsibilities :

Architecture & Design :


- Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using MVT architecture and other modern frameworks.


- Architect solutions that accommodate low-code software platforms and facilitate rapid development cycles.


- Develop strategies for handling large-scale traffic and data, including the use of asynchronous jobs, websockets, and message brokers like Kafka.


DevOps & Infrastructure :


- Lead the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth and automated deployment processes.


- Oversee the configuration and management of cloud infrastructure, with a strong focus on serverless computing and containerization.


- Utilize AWS deployment services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFormation) for scalable and efficient application hosting and management.



- Implement robust infrastructure as code practices and security Development :


- Work with modern, component-driven JavaScript frameworks to build responsive and dynamic user interfaces.


- Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend services, optimizing for performance and user experience.


Data & Analytics :


- Integrate analytics tools to provide actionable insights and monitor system performance.



- Collaborate with data teams to leverage analytics for business decision-making and product Systems :


- Design and maintain secure financial systems that comply with industry standards and regulations.



- Ensure the integrity and security of financial transactions and sensitive data.




System Scalability & Performance :


- Architect solutions that scale horizontally to handle millions of users and high traffic volumes.


- Optimize system performance through efficient design, resource allocation, and use of caching Protocols :


- Ensure the implementation and compliance with all necessary web protocols, including HTTP, HTTPS, WebSockets, and others relevant to real-time and asynchronous & Collaboration :


- Lead a team of engineers and developers, providing mentorship and technical guidance.


- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.


- Develop and enforce best practices, coding standards, and a culture of continuous and Qualifications :


- 10+ years of experience in software development, system architecture, and technology leadership, preferably in startup environments.


- Proficiency in building web applications using MVT architecture and modern frameworks.


- Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).


- Experience with AWS deployment services, including EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, and CloudFormation.


- Proficiency in component-driven JavaScript frameworks.


- Experience with serverless architectures, low-code platforms, and infrastructure as code.


- Expertise in handling asynchronous jobs, real-time systems, and message brokers (e.g., Kafka).


- Comprehensive understanding of web protocols and security standards.


- Proven experience in leading technical teams and projects.


- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to various stakeholders.


- Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.


Preferred Qualifications :



- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms.


- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.


- Exposure to machine learning, big data, and advanced analytics.


- B. Tech. in computer science from Tier 1 / Tier 2 colleges.
