Qualifications :

- Proven experience in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities (Sales Cloud, optional: Service Cloud, Community Cloud) and business process analysis methodologies.

- Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization (a plus).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

- Proven ability to influence and drive change within the organization.
