- Total 8 to 16 years of experience with 5+ years of experience working with stakeholders to architect and implement DFT requirements.

- Must have experience in JTAG, MBIST, SCAN, ATPG, SIMULATION

- Must have experience in pattern generation and simulation

- Must have strong programming in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), C, C++, Perl, Tcl, Csh

- Must have experience in Coverage improvement techniques
