Leveraging your sales-minded entrepreneurial spirit through creative outreach strategies to engage and recruit potential affiliates to join the HighLevel program. Your excellent communication skills and working knowledge of the marketing technology landscape will serve you well as you impact and expand the largest channel of HighLevel customer acquisition. To be successful in this role, you will exemplify our “customer obsessed” ethos, demonstrating best in class affiliate partnership practices. You will have experience working in a high-performance, high-accountability environment. Your excellent communication skills and working knowledge of the SaaS landscape will serve you well as you lead a team of affiliate program managers. Your responsibilities will include preparing the team to engage and expand the largest channel of HighLevel customer acquisition. What You’ll Be Doing:Measure success against affiliate program growth KPIs and metricsRegularly collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Departmental leadership to develop and deploy ongoing Affiliate recruitment strategiesProspect and identify an ongoing targeted list of potential affiliatesCreate personalized strategies for existing affiliate quarterly goals and targets Orchestrate existing and prospective affiliate landing pages and pre-defined affiliate offersSupport company-wide marketing strategy and work to integrate and align affiliate department activitiesSource out-of-box affiliate opportunities to further develop HighLevel’s presence and attraction to potential affiliatesPartner with reactivation and scaling of existing affiliatesAttend and optimize opportunities at in-person industry events and conferences to source new partnerships and nurture existing partnershipsConfidently work with large amounts of data and have a data-minded approach to planning department work and analyzing its outcomesMeasure and provide detailed analysis on success against affiliate program growth KPIs and metricsBe able to demonstrate and justify the results of your work, continuously develop your approach based on feedback and results of past experimentsDrive forward projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaborationOther duties may be assigned and/or modified as business needs changeWhat You'll Bring:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Experience/Education/Certifications Required:Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent SaaS Experience required 0-2 Years of Digital Marketing, Agency Sales, Account Management or Business Development experienceWorking Knowledge of topics such as Social Media Management, Social Media Advertising, Website/Funnel Building, and SEOComfort in public speaking and presentations to a variety of audiencesProficiency in professional writing and or basic copywriting skillsA strong technical aptitude to help our users succeed with the HighLevel softwareExperience working with and or ability to learn the use of various CRM SystemsWorking Knowledge of the following applications strongly preferred: Google Suite, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and other social mediaStrong experience using data/analytics tools to measure the impact of your work and develop new projectsEqual Employment Opportunity InformationThe company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
