Job role - Senior Automation Engineer - Playwright/Java


Location: Bangalore, 5 days/week


Experience: 3+ Years of full-time


Notice Period: Immediate joiners only.


Interview Round: 2 Rounds (1. technical - need to share screen and coding.). 2. Tech


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright for UI and end-to-end testing.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
  • Contribute to deployment pipelines and continuous integration processes.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs; take ownership of quality throughout the SDLC.
  • Drive improvements in testing frameworks, tools, and processes.



Requirements:


  • Strong hands-on experience with Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript or Python).
  • Good understanding of UI testing, API testing, and automation best practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and version control (Git).
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and ownership mindset.
  • Solid coding expertise.


Bonus:


  • Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
