Role Overview


We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect with strong expertise in IBM Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I). The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, architecting, and administering integration solutions on CP4I, with a strong focus on OpenShift/Kubernetes-based environments.


Key Responsibilities


  • Design and implement end-to-end integration solutions leveraging IBM CP4I.
  • Act as an Integration Architect and provide architectural direction across projects.
  • Configure, administer, and optimize CP4I environments for scalability and performance.
  • Manage deployments and administration on OpenShift/Kubernetes clusters.
  • Ensure integration solutions adhere to enterprise security, compliance, and governance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, API-driven, event-driven, and cloud-native integrations.
  • Provide best practices, technical guidance, and mentorship to technical teams.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 8 – 12 years of IT experience, with strong focus on Integration Architecture.
  • Proven expertise in IBM Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I) – architecture, configuration, and administration.
  • Strong hands-on experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, troubleshooting).
  • In-depth knowledge of integration patterns, SOA, microservices, REST, SOAP, messaging, and event-driven architectures.
  • Good understanding of security standards (TLS, OAuth, JWT, API security).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.


Good to Have

  • Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Helm charts).
  • Experience with API Connect / DataPower as part of CP4I ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of hybrid cloud integration strategies.
