Roles & Responsibilities
  • Attend OPDs, diagnose patients, and recommend appropriate surgical/non-surgical treatment plans.
  • Perform day-care and in-patient procedures as per surgical expertise.
  • Carry out all laser, stapler, laparoscopic, and proctology-related surgeries with high precision.
  • Manage post-operative care, follow-ups, and complication handling.
  • Provide in-hospital care including round duties, patient monitoring, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including anesthesia, nursing, and medical coordinators.
  • Maintain high standards of patient safety, ethics, and clinical quality.
  • Stay updated with the latest minimally invasive and laser-based treatment advancements.
