We are searching for a talented Software Engineer to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data processing applications using Scala and Spark.

You will work closely with data scientists and engineers to develop solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain data processing applications using Scala and Spark

- Work with various data sources (e.g., databases, message queues) to ingest and process data

- Develop and implement unit and integration tests for data pipelines

- Optimize Spark applications for performance and scalability

- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to understand data requirements and develop solutions

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Scala, Spark, and related technologies

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer

- Strong proficiency in Scala and Apache Spark

- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Hadoop) is a plus

- Experience with data warehousing and big data concepts (e.g., data lakes, data pipelines) is a plus

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
