Job Responsibilities :

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise, guidance, and mentorship to the team members. Act as a go-to person for technical challenges and provide solutions and recommendations based on industry best practices.
  • Architectural Design and Planning: Lead the design and architecture of complex systems and solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, evaluate technologies, and make informed decisions to ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of our systems.
  • Technology Research and Innovation: Stay up to date with emerging technologies, trends, and industry advancements. Conduct research and evaluate new technologies and frameworks to drive innovation and improve our technical capabilities.
  • Technical Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of the company's technical roadmap. Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical initiatives with business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Technical Project Management: Lead and participate in technical projects, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines and budgets. Coordinate with project stakeholders, manage risks, and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Code Review and Quality Assurance: Review code contributions from team members to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintainable solutions. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce quality assurance processes.

Qualifications :
  • Strong technical background with a minimum of 6 years of experience in programming.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex, scalable, distributed, and secure systems.
  • Expertise in Java, Spring, JPA, Kafka, Multi-Threading, Docker, Kubernetes, Socket Programming.
  • Experience in RDBMS with expertise in database design, writing efficient queries & optimizing the resources.
  • Knowledge in React & NodeJS is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies, coding standards, and best practices.
  • Experience in leading technical teams and providing technical mentorship.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to approach complex technical challenges strategically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
