Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Service Now Architect to lead the design and implementation of Service Now solutions for our clients.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for architecting cutting-edge systems, providing technical guidance, and ensuring that Service Now solutions align with business objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and architecture of Service Now solutions, including custom applications and integrations, that meet client needs and industry best practices.
Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of Service Now projects.
Stay current with Service Now platform advancements and emerging trends to drive innovation.
Perform assessments and evaluations of existing Service Now implementations, offering recommendations for improvements.
Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of Service Now solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum of seven years of experience in Service Now development and architecture.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex Service Now solutions, including custom applications and integrations.
Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly preferred.
Strong understanding of Java Script, HTML, CSS, and Service Now scripting languages.
Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and guide teams.
Strong client-facing and consulting skills.
