Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter at moCal. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment activities. This includes sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates' qualifications. You will collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and utilize various recruitment strategies to identify top talent. Additionally, you will build and maintain relationships with candidates and ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Qualifications
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple recruitment projects and prioritize tasks
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems or recruitment software
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant HR certifications (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus
