Udayan Care, an ISO 9000-certified organization, has been working for the quality care of disadvantaged children and women, and youth for over 29 years, with the endeavor of making young lives shine.

UC advocates and influences policy change in the alternative care space, by researching and creating evidence, training functionaries, and developing policy briefs, and research papers.
Purpose of the Role
The present era is an era of Information Technology (IT), and Udayan Care does recognize the importance of the IT skill set and soft skills in the technology-driven world.
We planted our roots in the IT field in 2004 and have been growing at a consistent pace since then.
We currently have 21 centres in 6 states, and our IT centres have equipped over 24,595 students as of June 2023.
To serve as Program Coordinator, responsibilities are directly aligned to ensure the upliftment of those youth who come from deprived sections of society and are looking for a platform where they can attend a specific skill-set training that will enable them to grab a job opportunity to sustain their livelihood.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the training of trainees in graphic designing and video editing courses along with appointed faculties in listed IT centers (Noida Sec. 57 and Vinod Nagar).
- Manage the designing of the complete branding of Udayan Care IT Centres, like banners, Pamphlets, leaflets, Hoardings, Epamphlets, etc.
- Make sure to design social media creatives, report cover pages, indoor branding, and short videos covering events and the impact of the UC IT Programme.
- Closely working with media agencies that were appointed for video and photo shoots.
- Make sure to work on creatives as per the partnering organisation as well as Udayan Care's branding guidelines.
- Closely working with the manager operations to capture the impact on camera (photography and videography).
- Make sure to organise specific capacitybuilding training sessions for the trainers and trainees who are directly involved in training in graphic and print design and desktop publishing.
- To help Placement Cell to mobilise employers in Delhi NCR and ensure placement of students who completed their training in designing courses.
Experience and Qualifications
