Responsibilities:

  • Identify business requirements and align them with Oracle Fusion Time and Labor application functionality.
  • Analyze functionality Fit and gaps, providing solutions for any discrepancies.
  • Configure Oracle Fusion Time and Labor according to client needs and document application setups.
  • Create Functional requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions.
  • Collaborate with the project team to address issues with technical components.

Test and validate technical components, develop testing scenarios, and scripts, supporting clients during the testing phase.

  • Develop end-user documentation and training materials for Fusion HCM Solutions.
  • Conduct end-user training sessions and workshops.
  • Regularly update the Project Manager on project status and issues.

Skills:

  • Expertise in Oracle HCM modules, particularly Oracle Fusion Time and Labor.
  • Understanding of integration points between Cloud Time and Labor and other Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Detailed knowledge of OTL configuration flow and structure.
  • Experience in Payroll and Project Time Card configuration.
  • Proficiency in configuring Time Entry and Calculation Rules.
  • Hands-on experience in writing fast formulas for time-related functions.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree; MBA preferred.
  • Prior experience in functional Oracle HCM implementation, with involvement in multiple Time and Labor Go-live processes.
  • Preferably Oracle Cloud Certified in Core HR and Time and Labor.
