  • Scanning of Bills/approvals/contract labour documents and putting on SMS system of Finance for processing and tracking payments.
  • SAP operation for Creation, Modification & closure of
  • Projects, PRs, MIGO & SRMs for Projects
  • Reports à Compilation of Cash forecast, Project Spend, Budget Vs Actuals, Provisions
  • 5. Record keeping of Bills received, sent to Finance, returned to cross functional teams
  • 6. Interaction with cross functional teams for receipt of corrected bills/documents/details for making PRs.
  • Monitoring of Project Budget by tracking Budget Vs Actuals
  • Coordination with various departments for certification of Bills, Compliances, GST clearance etc
  • Follow up for receipt of physical bills, Collection of physical bills from Dispatch and submission with acknowledgement of Finance.
