We are looking for an IT/System Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users.

Your goal will be to ensure that our IT/System infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Job description

  • Must have knowledge of Exchange server installation & configuration
  • Must have knowledge of SCCM server installation & configuration
  • Must have knowledge of the O365 admin panel & G-suit Admin Panel.
  • Must have knowledge of firewalls (Sophos, Fortigate) configuration
  • Must have knowledge of Outlook configuration.
  • Must have knowledge of Wi-Fi routers & access points configuration
  • Must have knowledge of O365 & Exchange server Hybrid Mode.
  • Must have an expert on Windows & Mac Operating Systems.
  • Must have knowledge of ADDC server installation & configuration
  • Must have knowledge of IT Infra (Hardware & Software)

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as IT Administrator or relevant position.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problemsolving skills.
  • Hands on experience with Sophos devices and firewalls.
  • Basic troubleshooting on VPN Tunnel issues (site2site).
  • Hands on experience and good troubleshooting skills for Microsoft exchange servers.
  • Excellent communication ability.
  • Outstanding organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.
