‣ Provide after sales services to customers.
‣ Engage and provide proper support to customers at the desired time.
‣ Ensure proper progress in learning IELTS through effective communication and assistance.
‣ Ensure students meet their desired milestones according the duration and lesson plan based on the course they purchase.
‣ Coordinating with IELTS tutors and students for one-on-one sessions
‣ Coordinating with students and tutors for batch sessions
‣ Delivering accurate information to students and tutors
‣ Managing data of students
