The executive assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the Director.

You are responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the Director's office, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining effective communication within the organisation.


Calendar Management:
Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and conferences for the executive.

This involves managing multiple calendars, prioritising events, and ensuring the executive's schedule is well-organised.-
Meeting Support: Preparing meeting materials, agendas, and presentations.
