  • Customize Oracle applications as per client requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.
  • Provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Conduct code reviews, perform unit testing, and troubleshoot issues to ensure quality and reliability of deliverables.
  • Document technical specifications, configurations, and customizations for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Stay updated with Oracle technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance technical capabilities and drive innovation.

Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle Application Technical Consultant, with expertise in Oracle Apps Technical skills across any module.
  • Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Developer Suite.
  • Experience with change management tools and source control practices, including branching strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Fusion Applications is a plus.
  • Certification in Oracle technologies is desirable.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
