Contract Graphic Designer

Conceptualization and Design:
Lead the conceptualization and design of visually compelling materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives. Produce high-quality interactive and static graphics for various platforms, including print, digital, and social media.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and content creators, to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet business goals
Brand Guardianship:
Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency in design elements across all touchpoints and campaigns. Contribute to the evolution and refinement of brand guidelines as needed.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough quality checks on design deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards
Client Interaction:
Collaborate with internal clients and external partners to understand design needs and translate them into impactful visual solutions. QUALIFICATIONS (PREFERRED): Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. Expertise in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a design team. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools.
Experience:
10+ years of experience in Graphic Designing
