HR Business Partner:
● Establish and maintain best-in-class HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee engagement, rewards & recognition, and performance management.
● Partner closely with the business leaders, you will develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent, contributing to the overall success of the Offline (Sales) function.
● Stay updated on and ensure adherence to all relevant labour laws and regulations.
● Partner with external manpower service providers for timely salary disbursement of our Beauty Advisor force.
● Establish regular connects with the offline team, including Beauty Advisors.
● This role involves frequent travel across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities in India and will be supported by 1 team member.
The Ideal Profile
● MBA degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
● Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR with at least 2 years in partnering with the sales function, with a strong understanding of recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
● Experience in the D2C or FMCG industry is preferred.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Location Andheri East, Mumbai
