UX Designer, you will work with our product teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces that meet our clients' needs.

You will be part of an agile team of smart and engineers building scalable, secure and cloud-based products/services.

You will work in a global team and collaborate with local and remote colleagues from multiple disciplines like business, design, engineering in a flexible environment.

You will report to manager and it's a hybrid work model.

ResponsibilitiesCreate designs that scale across multiple use cases and product domains by researching, understanding, and distilling a broad set of customer needs

Synthesize insights from research to create a comprehensive user journey that identifies opportunities for innovation

Facilitate design thinking workshops with partners to envision and ideate new user experiences

Communicate designs through low- and high-fidelity UI mockups, written and diagrammatic documentation, and prototypes for testing, validation and production

Present design work in UX review sessions and broader team member presentations, taking constructive feedback and applying that further design iterations

Advocate for the Autodesk design system, applying design standards and promoting for consistency and cohesiveness, with a mindset of creating scalable reusable patterns

Develop partnerships, engage partners, and influence design approach through data-centric and user-centric lens

Lead experience design initiatives and help set strategy by evaluating and identifying the intersection of our needs, customer needs, and technical opportunities

Engage as an active member of an exciting, diverse and global design community

Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in HCI, Interaction design is required

4+ years of related professional user experience design experience

Understanding of UX design process, methodologies, design systems, design patterns and reusable components

Experience with design and prototyping tools like Figma

Visualize and prototype intended solutions at multiple levels of fidelity, from high-level wireframes or mock-ups to conceptual presentations and diagrams

And storyteller, able to explain technical topics to a non-technical audience

Preferred QualificationsSmart, articulate, and curious designer passionate about pushing the boundaries of technology and user experience

Think holistically about design scalability across platforms

Understand the essence of complex design and user problems, translating them into practical design solutions

Experience designing for applications spanning desktop, web and mobile experiences for SaaS, cloud-based software

Experience working in large and distributed organizations

Experience building a design system or contributing to a design system
