The Personal Assistant provides full administrative support to a leadership team member liaising regularly with senior management.

What you'll be doing

  • Manages a leadership team member's complex diary and daily schedule, ensuring enough time to prepare for meetings.
  • Develops strong working relationships with stakeholders and regularly connecting to align on priorities and build understanding.
  • Coordinates the organisation of internal and external meetings across multiple sites and venues, booking the room or venue, facilitating online / virtual calls, arranging catering, seating plans, and arranging the clear up at the end of the meeting.
  • Acts as the primary point of contact / call management for the office and virtual office.
  • Screens and filters calls and visitors, acting as a gatekeeper.
  • Delivers high quality support to meetings, such as preparation of reports and agendas, formatting and producing high quality presentations and taking minutes.
