  • Re-envision the social media pages for Kinara; eat, sleep, and breathe
fun content.

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand
awareness, and engagement, across various social media platforms
such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and our CXOs.

  • Monitor social media accounts, and respond to comments, messages,
and reviews in a timely and professional manner while maintaining the
brand's voice and image.

  • Create and curate high-quality, engaging content such as creative
carousels, images, videos, and infographics that resonate with the
target audience and align with the brand's values and goals.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging,
branding, and content across all marketing channels, including social
media, email, and website.

  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best
practices, and incorporate them into the company's social media
strategy.

  • Manage and grow the company's online community by fostering
engagement, and building relationships.

  • Measure and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and
community engagement initiatives using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  • Monitor and report on competitors' social media activities and provide
insights and recommendations to help the company stay ahead of the
competition.

  • Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to leverage their
reach and enhance the brand's visibility.

  • Act as the company's spokesperson on social media, represent the
brand professionally and ethically, and respond to crises and negative
feedback promptly and appropriately. Qualifications &

Experience:

  • 4+ to 6 years of Social Media experience, preferably with exposure in
the field of Technology, Finance, or B2B services.

  • Must be creative, flexible and possess excellent communication and
writing skills

  • Must be very organized, clear in communication, and willing to problem-solve
  • Must be a team player, willing to support other team members and
team or company priorities as necessary

  • Knowledge of Canva, Adobe, and basic video/photo-taking skills is a
plus

  • Take a brief writing and strategy test to showcase style, thought
process, problem-solving, and technical expertise

  • The title and Salary for this position will be market competitive and
commensurate with the candidate's experience.
