c) Solid working knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Data Center, Networks, Server and Storage technologies.

b) Can conform to shifting priorities and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
c) Strong written and oral communication with good interpersonal skills.
d) Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products.
e) Customer service skills will be an asset.
f) Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
