  • Ensure that all contracts & agreements adhere to applicable laws, regulations, & company policies.

  • Offer legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual matters, potential risks, & legal implications.

  • 35 years of experience working as a Contract Lawyer or in a similar legal role, preferably in a corporate or shared services environment.
  • Experience in reviewing cross border agreements, & knowledge of recent regulatory and statutory updates.
