We are now looking for Customer Service/Sales Agents to join our team in India based in Bengaluru.
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that quality and productivity KPIs are achieved in line with business objectives
- Providing our customers an exceptional experience.
- Providing premium customer experience by demonstrating a detailed knowledge of LE products, promotions, services, packages and pricing.
- Maintaining an effective followup process to ensure no sales opportunities are missed and the communication loop is closed with the customer to their satisfaction
- Ensuring that appropriate customer issues are escalated or redirect to the correct area of the business.
- Adherence to all scripts, processes, and procedures.
- Providing assistance to others (e.g. colleagues, teams, departments, and projects) as directed by the leadership team.
What we are looking for:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. English is critical; Hindi or other regional languages would be beneficial
- Previous experience of building customer loyalty by providing an exceptional level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Proven ability to thrive in a high call volume and rapidly moving sales environment.
- The ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of LE products, promotions, services, packages and pricing.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and customer service KPIs
- An exceptional level of attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills including; conversation control, written etiquette, handling multiple conversations at once, queue management and the ability to deliver timely and accurate information.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly identify issues and clearly state solutions and/or recommendations.
