JOB SUMMARY:

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Revenue generation through the achievement of sales target:
  • Responsible for new sales leads and basic sales targets for each event to ensure conversation targets.
  • Convert sales leads for every event to achieve the set Sales target for Delegates.
  • Excellency in client support:
  • Maintain exceptional client service for delegates throughout the year to achieve renewable rates for delegates.
  • Ensure Excellent Delegate Experience during events
  • Responsible for endtoend onground coordination during events to ensure an excellent delegate experience during events.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience will be highly preferred.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Good communication skills and confident telephone manners are essential.
  • Ability to manage basic negotiations, handle objections and close sales.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Confident approach in dealing with senior contracts.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, outgoing and determined to succeed.
  • Strong team player with strong initiative and the ability to work individually.
  • Articulate in written and spoken English

REMUNERATION:

  • Commensurate with the market standards, together with the incentives and rewards as per the company's policy.
