JOB SUMMARY:
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Revenue generation through the achievement of sales target:
- Responsible for new sales leads and basic sales targets for each event to ensure conversation targets.
- Convert sales leads for every event to achieve the set Sales target for Delegates.
- Excellency in client support:
- Maintain exceptional client service for delegates throughout the year to achieve renewable rates for delegates.
- Ensure Excellent Delegate Experience during events
- Responsible for endtoend onground coordination during events to ensure an excellent delegate experience during events.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience will be highly preferred.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Good communication skills and confident telephone manners are essential.
- Ability to manage basic negotiations, handle objections and close sales.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Confident approach in dealing with senior contracts.
- Positive, enthusiastic, outgoing and determined to succeed.
- Strong team player with strong initiative and the ability to work individually.
- Articulate in written and spoken English
REMUNERATION:
- Commensurate with the market standards, together with the incentives and rewards as per the company's policy.
