Roles and Responsibilities


To ensure smooth functioning of Staff and Visitors Transportation, General admin activities viz., Stationery, Courier, Gifts, Visitors stay arrangements, Event Management, Communication services within/ outside the plant to support all Operations.


Transportation ( On call Taxi / Buses) related services within & outside the plant
(a) Check taxi request through portal on daily basis & arrange transport services accordingly with in plant & for other plant employees and new joinees as per requirements.

(b) Ensuring timely reporting of staff transport to all the locations and to the plant as well w.r.t dept shift schedule

All legal compliances related to company transport / taxi services within the plant
(a) Checking all papers of all vehicles & deposit all govt taxes timely (Road / passenger / goods tax /fitness /pollution /insurance renewal / Noc/ RC transfer /National permits etc)

(b) Checking of all papers related to taxi services as per govt taxi rule compliances

Accommodation
(a) Taxi - Receive taxi bills on fortnight base / verify bills as per taxi request & work order / prepare dept wise summary / get signed by HOD and sent to bills to finance for payment.

(c) BSNL/ Airtel Sim Cards - on monthly & yearly basis bill recd and sent to finance for payment after signed by HOD

Vehicle & Capitalized bike registration & maintenance of company vehicles
(a) RTO registration of capitalized bike / complete all paper formalities as per RTA office, deposit fees & get registration.

(b) All maint / periodic services work of all company vehicles which are under to admin dept.

Event Management
- (a) Timely planning and execution of any plant events in coordination with concerned teams
- (b) Providing support to corporate events executed by central team
- (c) Timely execution of Memorial functions
