Functional Role - Chartered Accountant

Department Finance & Accounts
Location Ahmedabad
Minimum Education Qualification CA
Experience Range 0-4 Years
Software Skills Tally, MS Word, MS Excel

Particulars

  1. Monthly finalization of books of account considering Ind AS requirements.
  2. Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly Ind AS financials of group companies (standalone & consolidated).
  3. Any other data requirement by management/investor are to be compiled and provided within the timeline.
  4. Guiding the team below for various queries related to accounting and ensuring smooth and timely accounting and to share various updates with team which has impact on accounting and other compliance
  5. Sound knowledge of GST, Income Tax & TDS for end to end compliance
  6. Ensuring all the direct and indirect tax compliances at various frequency within the statutory timelines.
  7. Ensuring of compliances of SOPs (Standard operating processes) and RACM (Risk assessment control matrix) and testing the same at regular frequency.
  8. Review and validation of data and responses to be submitted to Stat. Auditor and Internal auditor as well as Independently
  9. Dealing with Indirect and Direct tax consultants for various ongoing matters
  10. dealing with statutory and internal auditors for closing the audits within given timeline.
