Sale order qty shared to Planning team for uploading in oracle.

Customer Purchase order Receipt & after getting approval filling documents in SCM records.

Prepare dispatch plan serial production lots against order acceptance and share to customer after getting approval from Dept. Head.

Prepare dispatch plan against Prototype / NPD requirement & monitor dispatch.

Preparing & monitoring of weekly / daily delivery plan Vs adherence based on customer demand / given commitment.

Management & control of empties flow, monitoring of receipts & collection of Empty bins, Lids, and reconciliation to be conducted on quarterly basis with customer.

Role and Responsibilities:

Customer rejection returns monitoring and handing over to Quality for analysis and Handing over the documents to create MRN / GI in oracle.

Monitoring of material in-warding at customer end & monitor GRN updates from customer.

After verification of export documents, share to Forwarder after receiving check list from Forwarder verify the check list & approval will be given for shipment to Forwarder.

Adherence & collect of necessary export documents shipping bills, BOE/AWB & COO wherever needed.

If any IR / Bank wavier requirements initiate approval & resubmission process.

File the export documents and share to Finance for record purpose.

Prepare Monthly outbound budget & get approval from Dept. Head.

Development & construction of packaging,

Packaging validation for new projects & prepare packing standard as per customer specific.

Get approval from customer for packaging standard & maintaining records.

Prepare dunnage working & get approval from Dept. Head for packing material procurement.

Prepare work instruction against packaging standard.

Management of cost reduction for empties.

Qualification:

B.E Mechanical Engineer

3 - 5 years of experience

Punctuality and Good in Time Management, Communication skills
