  • Participate as recipient of knowledge transfer from 3rd party developed solution with goal of bringing developed solution in house.
  • Lead an application development team, collaborate with subject matter experts, and third-party application experts to understand the business requirements, development of user stories, and estimates.
  • Provide technical and best practices guidance to an agile team to code, test, and maintain .Net, C#, VB.Net applications and microservices technologies in an Azure environment.
  • Hands on software design and development that will perform at scalable, reliable, and secured products.
  • Review, analyze, troubleshoot, and modify complex core and customized software.
  • Respond to complex, escalated customer inquiries/requests for technical/operational support.
  • Resolve complex technical matters to meet customer service level agreements.
  • Analyze and/or implement corrective action for root cause analysis/fixes or corrective action of defects.
  • Follow documented Software Development Life-Cycle standards.
  • May provide consultation on complex projects, through research and/or proof of concept.
  • Point of contact for higher level or complex issues and will work with senior levels for resolution.
  • This position is full-time and may require after hours or on-call support including, but not limited weekends and evenings. Education/Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, or Information Systems.
  • Minimum 10 years of overall experience primarily designing and developing .Net based applications.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in managing a development team to ensure on time and quality deliverable.
  • Knowledge of cloud native principles required, preferably using Azure.
  • Experience in designing schemas in Cosmos and SQL Server databases including the ability to write complex queries is required.
  • Experience with database tuning or data modeling would be beneficial.
  • Basic understanding of and willingness to learn and adopt professional and industry standards.
  • Results oriented, highly motivated, and technically fluent in all aspects of software design and development.
  • Customer service driven. o Strong collaboration skills and be a team player. Good To Have
  • Experience with Azure environments is preferable. o Build, migrate and test Azure environments and integrations. o Integration with Azure DevOps + Azure DevOps build and release pipeline o DataFactory o Experience with both SFTP and native Azure services for SFTP o Able to participate in project that would migrate from SFTP VM's to use of native Azure services o Experience with various integration types (APIs, SFTP, HL7)
  • Understanding of Message Queues and Topics.
  • Understanding of agile principles and methodologies.
