What This Position Is All About:

The vendor launch associate plays a crucial role in ensuring products are successfully published on the website. Working closely with various teams, they ensure timely and accurate launches with a focus on maximizing product availability. Additionally, they collaborate with the manager to monitor and achieve key performance indicators on a regular basis, while also identifying and documenting opportunities for process enhancements.

You also have:

Item Launch

  • Support managers in coordinating launch dates for vendors across all business categories
  • Work with vendors and sample management teams to confirm launch dates and compile a comprehensive list of products
  • Collaborate with the Digital Operations team to ensure all necessary assets are prepared for photography, copy completion, and product setup
  • Partner with Item Setup Managers post-production to ensure all products are live
  • Quality check and validate product setups before launch
  • Collaborate with Digital Operations leadership to implement process improvements

Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain reports on launch success rates and review them weekly with the manager
  • Compile and distribute launch success reports to eComm, Buying, and Digital Operations teams

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the New York-based E-commerce team to execute business strategies

As an Analyst, you will:

  • 1-2 years of e-Commerce experience, preferably in retail site merchandising. Project Management experience a plus
  • Undergraduate Degree
  • Understanding of the retail e-commerce landscape
  • Excellent Interpersonal, Analytical & Communication Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Power Point, and a quick learner of internal systems and applications
  • Ability to work efficiently within deadlines, both independently and as part of a team
  • Assertive, adaptable, and resourceful in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
