ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process and manage client and company requests to onboard and maintain their information in our CRM and dataCentral system to assure that the standard operating procedures are met.
  • Understand and process research access, company setup, corporate action, and entitlement requests received and send them to the intended recipients in a timely and accurate manner. Be able to deal with critical and urgent requests in a swift and efficient manner.
  • Contribute to the team goal of staying in SLA by managing requests across all our key activities. Maintain and enhance service quality levels by thoroughly understanding and following the Research Access rules, policies, and guidelines.
  • Process research access request across our all proprietary distribution channels and other vendor partners based on predefined eligibility criteria.
  • Handle any escalations from the broader team and liaise with clients or various other businesses to provide quick solutions
  • Effectively manage assigned project and perform the review and take necessary action by working in collaboration with the senior team member. Ensure that proper project planning, delivery date tracking, management information, clear communication, feedback mechanisms and expectation management protocols are in place.
  • Perform less structured (scripted), adhoc tasks as necessary, summarizing the steps taken and results achieved for Management e.g. searching published research for errors against minimum standards or gathering information on the internet
  • Perform regular testing of business controls, use judgment to categorize results based on materiality and package up the data, methodology and test results in a form accessible to a third party
  • Independently work on the assign requests, projects and drive forward with mínimal or no supervision

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
Master's or Bachelor's degree in a business or finance related discipline or equivalent qualification

Experience:
Minimum 4 year experience in relevant industry (Experience in the research domain is preferred)

Skills:

  • Demonstrated strong analytical, organizational and project management skills with undaunted focus on client service
  • Experience with working on various vendor platforms such as Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, Factset etc
  • Ability to manage expectations and maintain good working relationships with internal and external clients
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and should be able to communicate at different levels with ease
  • Should be good in multitasking, and independently manage workflow and be able to prioritize tasks according to their urgency
  • Project management skills desired, and be able to handle and drive forward projects with mínimal or no supervision
  • Should be selfmotivated, highlyfocused and detailoriented. Should be a good team player and demonstrate high level of energy and a desire to learn and progress within the team and company
  • Should preferably have experience of interacting with senior management stakeholders
