Lead project kick-off, define implementation plans, consult on post-launch activities, and facilitate project review meetings. Develop and manage implementation and program launch plans in collaboration with customer stakeholders, aligned with their purchased services package(s) and desired business outcomes. Prepare and empower customer teams to effectively manage MindTickle, enabling key personnel (Program Managers, MindTickle Admins, Content Authors) and establishing necessary processes for autonomous success. Provide expert guidance on platform configuration, including user administration, content organization, and analytics setup. Cultivate trusted relationships with customer stakeholders through the development, execution, optimization, and evaluation of enablement programs. Offer insights into communication and change management strategies to drive program adoption. Ensure swift time to value and deliver successful deployments aligned with enablement/program goals, fostering a positive user experience. Advise customer stakeholders on leveraging performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps, recommending appropriate enablement strategies and KPIs. Maintain meticulous records of time cards, project schedules, scope, risks, and dependencies. Conduct strategic guidance and planning workshops for customer stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. Contribute industry expertise through the development of case studies, webinars, and blog posts based on implementation experiences. Provide feedback on process enhancements within the Customer Success organization.

We'd love to hear from you, if you:

Bachelor's degree required. 8+ years of experience as an implementation consultant for enterprise clients. Proficiency in platform configuration, implementation, and governance across various customer profiles from SMBs to Enterprises. Experience with data-driven dashboards and reports. Proficient as a "power user" or system administrator on a SaaS, enterprise software platform. Exceptional professional services skills (training, project management, software implementations, etc.). Strong customer management skills and executive presence (communication, problem-solving, proactive support, etc.). Comfortable supporting operations within the US time zone. The successful candidate will be required to work the night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Indian Standard Time (IST). Familiarity with Principles of Sales Enablement. Experience with CRM technologies (, SFDC, Hubspot, etc.). Background in Management consulting.
