Primary Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries on human resource topics from employees, ex-employees, and third parties
  • Ensure timely resolution of phone calls, chats, emails, and web tickets related to employee services
  • Communicate and document effectively with stakeholders through various channels
  • Utilize problem-solving skills and available resources for decision making
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with HR service partners and business leaders

  • Engage in self-development programs with manager support

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts (11:00 AM to 01:00 AM IST)
  • Hybrid work environment with office/home options
  • Minimum 8 hours/day commitment to support the Employee Center
