Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent managerial skills and ability to evaluate the work of others.

  • Working knowledge of organizations applicable financial practices and procedures, as well as a thorough understanding of state and federal rules and regulations.
  • Proficient with accounting software and standard office and accounting equipment.

  • In-depth knowledge of risk management and corporate financial law
Education and Experience:
  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Business Studies, Mathematics, or Economics
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Certification highly preferred.
  • Five years of management experience in finance with a similar organization or with a major CPA firm in a senior managerial position
The relevant experience might include at least ten years of experience in finance and work in a financial management position, where the individual has developed their business acumen, strategic thinking, and commercial mindset.
