Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Carry outbound calls to users interested in wellness plans and products on the portal
  • Update our internal databases with information about useful discussions with customers
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
  • Inform users about new features and functionalities
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
  • Has a sales acumen and consistency in followups

Qualification:

  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
  • Familiarity with our industry is a plus
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Understanding of how CRM systems is a plus
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
  • Multitasking abilities
  • Patience when handling tough cases

Salary:
From ₹20,000.00 per month
