Work with cross-functional teams on commercial, financial, legal and other due diligenceCo-ordinate with external consultants for timely and effective completon of due diligence Identify and summarise key issues for discussions Prepare and analyze business case:Work with business teams to prepare business planIdentify key drivers/ KPI and undertake benchmarking Dynamic financial model preparation
Stakeholder Management:
