He/She collaborates with staff to deploy standardized support practices and procedures. This position coordinates implementations and facilitates activities to support programs and projects.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Reviews Production issues to escalate and resolve issues
  • Assesses Production issues to determine root causes
  • Run daily and monthly system processes
  • Creates and submits requests to track Production support issues and development requests
  • Creates and maintains system interface agreements
  • Coordinates with system user reps generating data source files
  • Documents and communicates business process and system impact changes resulting from system enhancements

Knowledge and Skills

  • Possesses ability to generate simple reports using basic functions in software, and/or writing basic queries, identifies information required to complete reports, and identifies existing reports generated by others
  • Demonstrates, communicates, and applies a general understanding of technology used by the company
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Information Systems
